This plan adds to the existing business plan by focusing on the value of entertainment services, quality food and relaxation, and sports and related activities such as fishing, adventure sports, trekking, canoeing, rafting, etc. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the restaurant with its dishes and delicacies of the area, and exult in relaxation with spa services, including the pool with its whirlpool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. An important point of the proposed business plan relates to applying high standards of quality and safety, within the inn itself and during activities on the property's grounds. Key words:El presente proyecto consiste en un plan de negocios que beneficie a los propietarios de la hostería “El Castillo Real” brindando servicios innovadores que agrade al turista. Se considera que la ejecución adecuada del proyecto aportará al desarrollo del país y de la provincia potenciando la actividad turística. El plan de negocios plantea incluir una propuesta de valor de servicios en distracciones, alimentación y relajamiento de calidad, relacionadas con actividades deportivas: pesca, deportes de aventura como trekking, canoeing, rafting, etc. Además los clientes podrán degustar del área del restaurante con platos típicos de la zona y; momentos de relajación con el servicio de spa, piscina, hidromasaje, sauna y turco.
