Označite | Izvleček: | The National Institute for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies – INER, was created by Executive Decree No. 1048 on February 10th, 2012 as a public institution, under the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. On July 2012 the board, considered that it was a necessity for the National Institute for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy to define its organizational structure, to establish its business processes, and identify those responsible for its management. The Organic Statute was approved for processes on Organizational Management. Although had not lifted the processes of each area and I refer specifically to the process of payment of Administrative Financial INER. It was determined as research objective an assessment and present a proposal to improve the payment process. Thus the lifting process payments, because there wasn’t a manual for the development of activities carried out, which is sometimes difficult for the good service should provide users. The analysis of the existing processes was developed, as well as, a proposal for their improvement. |
