Sažetak:This paper aims to assess the "Pedagogical Management in the Classroom: School social climate, from the perception of students and teachers of the seventh year of basic education Schools:" Isidro Ayora "of the parish and school Pachicutza tax" General Rumiñahui "Yantzaza Canton, Zamora Chinchipe. In light of the results obtained from the analysis of the same tables undergoing discussion in reference to the pedagogical skills, teachers and students have high score in relation to the rules and regulations there is a difference, in relation to classroom atmosphere have a very good average as also observed teachers in high-emotional development. At the end of the research process, I invite researchers, directors of schools, teachers review the proposed pedagogical teacher training in classroom management about learning strategies, with emphasis on access settings to the knowledge of the students to achieve academic excellence.
