Summary:This research aims to know the management of school climate from the perception of students and teachers from urban and rural areas and from this assessment: theoretical framework to investigate, diagnose learning management, describe the characteristics of the school environment, identify the skills and competencies teachers reflect on their performance and relate learning management and classroom climate. We investigated 34 students and 2 teachers, for data collection methods were used, techniques and tools, obtaining accurate data on the subject of the investigation. At the conclusion of the study is appreciated parity in the evaluation of education and teaching skills at both institutions, in rural school rules and regulations dimension obtained a minimum score higher while the urban dimension of classroom climate has a valuation higher. It invites researchers, managers of educational institutions and teachers to review the proposal to improve education that is oriented to the use of ICTs in the processes of learning to improve educational management and school climate therefore in the interest of achieving quality education
