الملخص:Many organizations ignore that in order to become competitive and dealing with changes to the success, they must have a motivated staff and this must be planned and targeted. Lacking that, the result could be inappropriate or harmful such as: Consorcio Transvía. This enterprise has been in charged with the operation and fundraising of the Public Transportation system in Guayaquil – Metrovía. That is why, by studies, it is intended to make the company‟s director aware and conscious in order to give a valuation in human Capital. It has been reorganizing a new structure that includes: personnel search, training, teamwork, cooperative leadership, motivation, new manuals and policies as well as important elements that will help employees with the tasks and these can be effective in meeting the objective. In conclusion, it is considered that this tool will help to solve the motivation problems and through this mechanism, It will help the company understand what annoys employees and improve the needs of the users, strengthen and build the image in front of various public.
