Regarding methodology, here an analysis of the current situation of the institution was carried out from this based on the theoretical framework reference proceeded to perform lifting processes, they were validated and captured in a manual as a guide to all servers. |

Regarding methodology, here an analysis of the current situation of the institution was carried out from this based on the theoretical framework reference proceeded to perform lifting processes, they were validated and captured in a manual as a guide to all servers.Se realizó un levantamiento de procesos en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Cutuglahua, para dar cumplimiento a este levantamiento se contó con el aporte de todos los servidores para recopilar la información necesaria que sirvió como insumo en la elaboración del manual de procesos, cabe destacar que todos los procesos se encuentran aprobados por los servidores, reflejan la situación actual de la Institución y son una herramienta práctica para el trabajo diario. La presente tesis de grado cuenta con tres capítulos detallados a continuación: Detalla la Institución, los principales problemas que tienen y la formulación de objetivos e hipótesis. Describe el marco teórico el cual sirvió de soporte para la elaboración de la tesis. Referente a la metodología, aquí se realizó un análisis de la situación actual de la Institución, a partir de esto en base al marco teórico como referencia se procedió a realizar el levantamiento de procesos, lo mismos fueron validados y plasmados en un manual para que sirva como guía a todos los servidores.
