| Summary: | This project looked for the insertion and adaptation of the students that will start the first cycle through a relation of equality meaning equality with a student during the last cycle of university degree. The mentor will find the necessities and expectations of the novice students with the goal to guide, instruct, direct and help in the entry and adaptation in the method of distance education. The research was made with a population of 10 students of the first cycle of the first year of my Psychology Degree. The duration of the study consisted of six months, in which through the face to face meetings, observation, interviews, polls and tools like a questionnaire to assess thinking skills provided by the university, where it was determined that the project yields good results and that the evidenced cases of abandonment of the Degree is due to outside factors of the university educational system as family socioeconomic, family, and labor problems. To conclude, this study presented showed a complete and detailed bibliographic with enough evidence so that the reader is informed of the importance of this research today |
