Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | In this paper an Institutional Strategic Plan for Cooperative Savings and Credit "Municipal Servers Loja" Company Limited. Year 2014 - 2017, in order to seek competitive strategies that enable to create a future based on decisions made in the present. Through a SWOT analysis is to measure the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats presented by the cooperative, so that the strategies to be achieved through correct weaknesses reduce threats, consolidate the strengths and opportunities. In order to identify how the objectives will be met an operational tactical plan that indicates the tactics or the forms to be used by the Cooperative competition, while the operating plan will define to be done is developed when and how. Finally, the project presents performance indicators which allow, or not measuring compliance of the stated objectives, so that the board and senior management part allow them to make decisions. |
