Додати тег | Резюме: | This research has as main objective to determine the relationship between education level and income level in the canton of Loja by applying Mincer model, an application for the years 2003-2013. Research is performed using the database of the ENEMDU survey. For the analysis of the research has been considered to estimate three equations: the basic Mincer equations and the respective settings (experience, age, sex, branch of activity and social insurance) to help you get a better comparison. Thus the results of this investigation indicate that Loja canton education levels and wages have a direct relationship with a 4.34% for 2003 and 7.39% for 2013 Also an additional year of work experience has an increase in their salaries depending on the branch of activity group to which it belongs, on the other hand against the worker's age the possibilities of increasing the level of income through the years this will decrease when a certain age limit. |
