Diseño de un modelo de gestión por procesos para los servicios de Enfermería del Hospital de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. – UTPL – en el período 2012

This research paper provides a model of process management, which aims to provide a tool that will show you how to make the processes in the area of Nursing UTPL Hospital, in order to improve the current situation and quality of service provided to both internal and external customers. It starts with making a diagnosis of the current situation, explaining the methodology used for the identification and monitoring of processes implemented to thereby raise the proposed improvements, so that the theoretical framework is the basis for the proposal, referring to relevant aspects of UTPL Hospital, and then define the processes, with the aim of improving both the service and the fulfillment of the objectives of the operational plan of the institution concludes with the production of manuals and process procedures are the same as the tool that provide hospital executives implemented for process management.
