Propuesta de un modelo de gestión de procesos para la empresa municipal “SÍ Vivienda – EP” del cantón Manta, año 2015

This work entitled “Propuesta de un modelo de gestión por procesos para la Empresa Municipal Sí Vivienda –EP del canton Manta, año 2015," which is focused on the planning and implementation of projects that help the growth of organized Manta city, besides contributing to improve the quality of life, implemented rules based on good living for its customers. The process management model is an important tool because it standardizes and improves the processes that take place daily in Sí Vivienda-EP, the results will be reflected in the quality of products and / or services received by clients in the institutional efficiency and competitiveness. For the definition of the processes a series of steps that helped to determine and structure the activities, sub-processes and macro processes, based on the needs of the institution and the current legislation, allowing to obtain documented record, procedure and flowchart continued each process whereby If Sí Vivienda-EP have a guide that can increase levels of productivity and organizational efficiency.
