Investigación de la oferta y demanda turística de los cantones Zamora y Yacuambi provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

The present work entitled: “Investigation of tourism supply and demand of the cantons of Zamora and Yacuambi, province of Zamora Chinchipe”, consists of three chapters, in the first chapter a situational analysis of the cantons was made, in the second chapter, a market research was carried out through surveys and field visits to determine the tourism demand, and finally in the third chapter, an analysis of the tourism supply was made, once the results were obtained, improvement strategies were proposed to contribute to a better use of the tourism strengths of the two cantons. The purpose of this research is to make an analysis of the tourist services offered by the mentioned cantons, such as: tourist infrastructure, natural and cultural attractions, and other elements related to tourism, which allow to offer a quality service, also, the tourist profile was determined, which is the main source for analyzing the image of the visitor, origin, age, occupation and the main reason to visit as well
