Aplicación de técnicas de Linked Data para la publicación de datos enlazados de Open Educational Resources encontrados en OpenCourseWare

This research project is developed in order to publish linked data in the field open educational resources located in different sites Opencourseware some universities worldwide; to meet the project objective Linked Data principles defined by Tim Berners-Lee will be used. To obtain information from various Oers a framework for extracting information from websites using Scrapy and through the creation of a crawler metadata extraction was built, the information obtained is enriched OERs. In addition, a vocabulary called OcwOer which represents the scope of the project was built, reused vocabularies like Dublin Core, FOAF, GEO, VCARD; also a program designed using the JENA JAVA library, for converting information to RDF format allows for structured data and understood by machines was implemented. Finally, the publication of data is done by Virtuoso SPARQL endpoint that this pose, carrying out consultations in order to resolve the questions raised initially.
