This degree work done in a public space merges with field research, the study of contemporary artists and their mural proposals and thematic murals, made in Yantzaza Canton of Zamora Chinchipe.La investigación y desarrollo de este trabajo plantea la realización de un mural temático sobre “La minería de Nambija en Zamora Chinchipe”, enfocado en tres momentos históricos vividos a partir de 1980, su inicio, auge y actual minería de éste sector minero en un espacio público del Cantón Yantzaza. Es una pintura mural de tendencia figurativa, en la que se ha plasmado mensajes claros sobre la actividad minera, que invitan al espectador propio y extraño, a conocer un poco más de la actividad artesanal que dió vida a éste sector.
