| Čoahkkáigeassu: | The present work aims to develop a business plan for the creation of a packing company that contributes to the generation of added value of pork meat products in the Chone canton. The research was developed in three phases, in the first the market study was carried out to determine the consumption preferences of the Manabí population, in phase two the marketing mix was establish. Among the main techniques and tools used are the application of a survey to a representative sample of 379 consumers of the parish urban and rural of Chone that was processed in SPSS, the bibliographic analysis, the method of the weighted factors for the selection of the location and the determination of the net present value (NPV) and the internal rate of return (IRR) with the help of Microsoft Excel. Among the main results are the high consumption of meat and its derivatives (97.4%), the third as sites with the lowest score in storage conditions, the vacuum packaging proposal for the commercialization of the products, the selection of the El Bejuco site for the location of the plant and the determination of the viability of the project with a positive NPV and an IRR of 14.23%. |
