Seguridad, salud y bienestar en el talento humano de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cámara de Comercio del cantón Bolívar LTDA.

The present report of the degree project has as its theme SECURITY, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IN THE HUMAN TALENT OF THE COOPERATIVE OF SAVINGS AND CREDIT CÁMARA DE COMERCIO - CANTÓN BOLÍVAR LTDA. The general objective of which was to design an intervention program for occupational safety, health and well-being, in order to contribute to the quality of life of human talent in the aforementioned institution, so the use of this report resorted to the use of the bibliographic research that allowed to collect reliable information from websites, the field research facilitated studying the problem directly and the descriptive research contributed to the detail of the events presented in the company, therefore the topic was adapted to different scenarios since two types of methods were applied (inductive, deductive), for the timely collection of data several techniques were applied, including the interview, which was carried out by the authors of the research and was directed to the owner of the company, as well as the Excel program, the survey, observation guide, among others, were also used to help the interpretation of results, therefore, the activities that had to be carried out for each specific objective were detailed so that the interpretation of the object of study was carried out in a more synchronized manner. Thus concluding that occupational safety, health and well-being is a regulation that safeguards the rights of employees and guides them to carry out their work duties in a dignified and safe manner.
