要約:This report reflects the work undertaken in the Estancilla regional Water Company and Wastewater (EMAPA), the same which is located in the Parish Angel Pedro Giler - Estancllla at Belisario Av. km1 vía Calceta; the activities that were conducted during the thesis, diagnosis of nonperforming loans and overcoming through interview, proposed structure of the procedores manual and uItimately the socialization of it.By diagnosing the institution is unable to determine the causes of the considerable level of nonperforming loans that account with the EMAPA, fundamental reason that made this are seeing the need to accept the proposal of a manual of procedures to reduce these values due for drinking water. WIth the result that most customers do not pay their values, therefore it is concluded that the best alternative for th is situation would be a discount . The methodology for the implementation of the activities are conducted through an interview, it was applied by officials of the districts of Junin, Tosagua, San Vicente and Bolivar. The development of the proposal aimed to minimize the high levels of nonperforming loans, optimizing the collection and encouraging customers of the institution to pay their values. Finally, we performed of the socialization procedures manual, through which trained me staff of the institution and the other cantons for the proper use of it, improving the daily collection service and applying procedures to recover bad loans of the institution, achieving the results and fully complying with the proposed goals.
