Samenvatting: | The objective of this research was to evaluate the social impact of the incubation linkage program on the beneficiary communities, the historical-logical and deductive methods were used in order to facilitate the collection of data which allowed to meet the proposed objective, the statistical techniques used were: the survey on small producers to determine the social development generated by the incubator in the communities, also it was done the statistical graphs where the results of the survey were set; Within the applied tools is the SWOT analysis through which it was possible to identify the business environment of the incubator and the characterization of the elements both internal and external to proceed to the application of the cross impact matrix, where it was determined that the company was in the FO quadrant which indicates that it is operating in a positive way, but, that growth strategies must be applied to effectively allow a better manipulation of the strengths to maximize the opportunities offered by the environment. Once the survey was tabulated, it was concluded that the beneficiary population experienced a social improvement because 53.04% improved their quality of life, 32% increased their own income and 14.96% started small businesses; the altruistic work that is being done by the Alma Mater has a positive effect on the population. |
