Efecto de la adicción de yogurt natural (comercial) en agua de bebida sobre el comportamiento productivo de pollos COBB 500

ABSTRACT The present research evaluated the addition of three doses of natural yogurt to improve productive and economic behavior in chickens 500. Four treatments were used: treatment T0 (control), T1 (0,5g yogurt / l of water), T2 1g yogurt / l water) and T3 (1,5g yogurt / l water). Twenty-five birds of the Cobb 500 line were used, distributed in four treatments and six replicates. Data were evaluated using a completely randomized design, applying the Tukey test to 0,05. The variables in the study were: final food consumption, final weight, cumulative feed conversion, European efficiency index (IEE), processed by means of the statistical package InfoStat 2016. In the final registers: final treatment weight was obtained T3 2467g being numerically Higher than the other treatments without significant difference (p> 0,05); The highest food intake corresponds to T2 with 4517g being numerically superior to the others without differences being found (p <0.05); In the feed conversion T3 was more efficient with 1,76, being non-significant and numerically higher; The European efficiency index T3 obtained (310) higher than the other treatments, obtained a better growth of intestinal villi T3 1948,60um, a better yield to the T3 83% T3, a daily weight gain T3 57,76g. With the results obtained it was established that the dose of 1,5g yogurt / l of water obtained better yields in weight gain, yield to the channel, better yield also reduced the amount of coccidia eggs.
