总结:The objective of this thesis was to evaluate the inclusion of deep bed compost of pigs in the feeding of double purpose cow’s mix. For this, 18 cows were fed with a 12 months of process compost were used. A DCA was applied with a factorial arrangement with two factors [first factor: age (<25 months and> 25 months, second factor: deep bed compost levels (0%, 10% and 20%)] and was used as a covariate initial weight. The data was analyzed with the statistical package InfoStat (2017). The nutritional composition of porcine was determined by a proximal analysis. No significant differences were found (P = 0.66) between the inclusion of the compost of the deep bed in the different levels of weight gain (24.00 kg ± 2.10, 24.64 ± 2.10 and 26.67 kg ± 2.10) and feed conversion (3.63 g / day ± 0.29; 3.53 gr / day ± 0.29 and 3.26 gr / day ± 0.29), although in mongrel cows <25 months including 20% of porquinaza, a numerical difference was found at higher conversion (data from these cows and category.) In the cost / benefit analysis, a greater income was found in the inclusion of 20% of porcine in animals <25 months. It is concluded that the nutritional content found in the deep bed compost did not disadvantage the weight gain and feed conversion, so the diets supplied with 0%, 10% and 20% of porquinaza could be used to improve the productive performance in mestizo cows.
