要約:This research corresponds to the development of a marketing plan that has been a theme for better living standards of the people, and which will boost economic development, promote and publicize under certain limits and parameters that will make the not destroyed attractive short or long term, given the need to position in the tourism market both nationally and locally to canton, as a contribution for recognition. Marketing strategies employed looking for ways to organize and promote tourism through the analysis of the tourism brand positioning likewise, uses the promotion, advertising and marketing operation plan. The results of the investigation it was established that the citizens do not feel satisfied with recreation mainly by the lack of guides that provide knowledge services of these natural areas , as well as lack of restaurants . Within research proposed a Tourism Marketing Plan whose fundamental aspect focused on establishing the county as a tourist destination Bolivar trying to preserve its natural and cultural resources in addition to securing the best use of them to achieve better living conditions for the population.
