Özet:The objective of this work was to obtain quality compost from agricultural residues inoculated with encapsulated autochthonous microorganisms. It was held at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, Ecuador. The research consisted of two phases: 1) laboratory and 2) field. In the first, the activation and multiplication of the bacteria B. subtilis and B. licheniformis and the fungus T. longibrachiatum and the encapsulation of the consociated microbial were carried out; the viability and purity of the encapsulation was performed, with 4, 5, 6 g of active agent at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. In the second phase, four composition piles were formed that contained the same proportion (2:1) of agricultural residues (200 Kg of peanut shells and 100 Kg of chicken manure), according to the C / N values; variants were inoculated: T1 (200 g), T2 (400 g), T3 (600 g) and control (without inoculum). They were analyzed with a humidity of 55% of the agricultural residues, turned every eight days, and the environmental, physical-chemical parameters were evaluated the first 15 days, then every 15 days; finally, phytotoxicity, macro and micronutrients, C / N and OM were analyzed. The concentration that affects the highest viability and purity of the microorganisms was determined to be 6 g for bacteria and 4 g for fungus. The best quality compost according to established standards is T1 (200 g of microbial consortium capsules), since it meets the highest number of parameters.
