Summary:This undergraduate thesis goal is to renew the information software management that the Human Resources Department of the ESPAM MFL has. This department is located on the second floor of the library building in the polytechnic campus. This Software was developed using Visual Studio .Net and SQL Server Management Studio. The system was designed according to the current laws of Public Service to access quickly to the employees information of the institution, allowing the contracts labor creation, labor certifications, and to generate reports easily. So, it contributed to the information security, having it backed up and organized at all time. To achieve this commitment it was necessary the collection of information of the current process in the Human Resources Department and most important data of the old management system, then it was created the data base, in order for the processes be analyzed previously of starting programming the same one included as a phase activity of the MIDAS methodology, which was used for the project development step by step through several iteration phases, finalizing with the software validation process. The new software allows to access quickly the information of this department.
