Achoimre:This research was carried out during the dry season 2013 at the organic production unit of the Polytechnic university of Manabí, in order to obtain quality Biol through the inoculation of lactic acid bacteria (Bal) and evaluate its influence on pepper growing (Capsicum annumm L). The study was done in two stages; a preliminary and an experimental stage. The first consisted on the inoculum preparation BAL based and the obtaining of biol adding different percentages of inoculum (8 and 10%) the qualities of the final product were identified over a chemical, hormonal and microbiological analysis.
