Resumo:This research was conducted in the laboratory of biotechnology of reproduction, the effect of skim milk UHT as extender swine fresh semen was evaluated, where three treatments dealt: T0: (Androstar® Plus), T1: (Androstar® Plus + 2ml milk), T2: (Androstar® Plus + 4ml of milk). 120 samples of 10 ml, were handled, distributed in three treatments and four repetitions per ten days. The data were analyzed using a completely randomized design, the Tukey test was applied 0,05. The variables studied were: total motility, individual motility, percentage of sperm alive, agglutination and pregnancy percentage, evaluated with the statistical package InfoStat 2016. The ejaculate was divided into three parts, the results obtained of semen doses at the seventh day showed the best average total of motility corresponds to T0 66,2%, significantly different (p <0,05) T2 T1 61,7% and 60%; in individual motility, T0 reported 50%, higher than T1 T2 48% and 49%, without encountering significant difference (p> 0,05); in terms of the highest percentage of sperm alive it corresponds to T0 62,2% and T1 61,7%, being highly significant difference (p <0,01) compared with T2 55,2%. The first five days of research similar results were observed with clumping 5%, in recent days increased up to 15% visualized. The pregnancy percentage obtained was equal for all treatments with 75% (3/4). On day seventh the results reflect the minimum percentages for their use. Add skim milk as extender swine semen has no effect.
