要約:The present research work has as main goal to elaborate a manual of processes and procedures the masters in the Department of Postgraduate and Continuing Education of the Higher Polytechnic School of Agriculture of Manabí Manuel Félix López that contributes to the development of its activities coordination and organization. It was applied through field method which helped the researchers to go to the place of the study, as well as the application of the inductive method which helped to determine the causes of existing shortcomings, also applied the interview that helped to obtain information. It is showed a description about how the related activities in the aforementioned department should be carried out is also presented, so that the General Postgraduate Coordination has available the procedures for the operation of the work areas, as well as the corresponding formats. This will help the involvement and commitment of the Postgraduate Coordination staff at all levels of the organization, It will be an input to review and improve the processes to optimize the performance of this department, facilitate the implementation of a system of records of current activities And future projects that will be presented in the course of the year, in fact It will help the generation of pertinent productivity indicators to ensure the success of Graduate activities
