Estudio de la demanda de la carrera de Administración Pública en la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí período 2020-2021

The main objective of this research work is to study the demand for the Public Administration career of the Agricultural Polytechnic School of Manabí Manuel Félix López for the suggestion of corrective measures to its academic offer, it should be noted that this research began with a search for information on the subject of study, which was carried out through books, magazines, web pages, among others by various authors with different definitions. On the other hand, the methods were also applied, inductive, deductive, analytical and the Likert scale the same that contributed with the fulfillment of this work, likewise the techniques were applied, the interviews the same that were directed to those in charge of the area of human talent of each institution selected for the development of this inquiry, on the other hand, the surveys that were applied to the baccalaureates of the educational units were also used, it should be noted that thanks to this it was possible to obtain a clear and verified diagnosis, information that was focused on the limiting aspects that influence the baccalaureates of the Republic of Ecuador when choosing the career and the third-level educational establishment to train as future professionals who contribute to the development of the country, therefore, it is concluded that thanks to this study it was possible to provide information on the problems and measures that will correct those shortcomings in the Public Administration Career of the Polytechnic of Manabí.
