总结:The design of a gourmet restaurant emerged as an idea to enhance the food manabita and to carry it out was selected as the study area to the city of Manta, since it has experienced tremendous growth, particularly in the tourism field, which favors greatly to the implementation of this idea. So that it can perform surveyed city residents and tourists, the majority of respondents were female, which range from 18 to 28 years and with higher education. And using SPSS results were tabulated as giving them achieve a high degree of acceptance in the implementation of a gourmet restaurant designed to enhance the flavors Manabi, especially the ancient and traditional of this region of the country.
