Crynodeb: | The objective of the research was to evaluate the impact public policies of good living on the agroproductive and solidarity organizations of Portoviejo canton; where inductive, deductive, synthetic analytical methods, qualitative data analysis and discourse analysis intervened, techniques such as: survey, observation and documentary review were also used; the degree work was carried out in four methodological phases: the construction of the conceptual baseline, the selection of indicators, the diagnosis of the current situation and the verification of compliance with public policies. In the first phase, relevant issues were investigated to solve the problem. In the second phase through the contribution of four specialist authors, each with a different proposal on the socioeconomic indicators, the same ones that were the object of analysis and evaluation, until choosing those that adapt to the three harmonies indicated in the National Plan of Good Living (nature, community and between communities and internal people). In the third phase, the information was collected with a socioeconomic survey, applied to the treatment sample (associates) and the control sample (non-associates). In the last phase through the elaboration of tables in a statistical tool called SPSS software, the obtained results were represented and the fulfillment of said policies was analyzed; identifying that if they are applied and partially fulfilled, that the members of the agro-productive associations will perceive greater benefits, than those who perform the same activities without being associated. |
