总结:The objective of this research was to evaluate the variables of the Organizational Behavior at the individual level in the Commissariat of massive products Cleymer, located in Bolivar canton, province of Manabí. Three methodological phases were structured, the identification of the variables, the application of the assessment instrument, and the proposal of a plan of actions. In the first phase, the characterization of the company under study was carried out. In addition, using the coefficient of competence method, a group of experts was chosen who selected the correct variables to be evaluated in the research. In the second phase, the evaluation instrument was designed and applied, identifying the fundamental indicators according to the bibliographic queries that made it possible to measure the performance of the variables under study. In addition, the analysis and statistical processing of the information obtained was carried out, with the variables that they presented major shortcomings was made the proposal of a plan of actions to contribute to the solution of the problems that have the greatest effect on the Organizational Behavior in the organization. It was concluded that the conditions of work, leadership, and communication were the best scored with 88, 85 and 84% respectively with a high level, while the lowest scores were motivation with 80% and training with 78% with a medium high level, with these data it was possible to determine that all the evaluated variables reach a satisfactory standard.
