Sumari:The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility for the creation of a gourmet bowling micro-business in Chone city. A market study was implemented characterizing supply and demand in a universe population made up of 57,315 people and a representative sample of 382 surveys. A potential market of 4,072,124 units and a projection of 732,269 units were established during the first year of project management, as well as a distribution structure made up of stores, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and street vendors. The technical feasibility for the elaboration of gourmet bowls was determined, establishing a semi-technical engineering, in an area of 420 m2 and the inclusion of a technical administrator, a production manager, two operators and a secretary. The economic-financial study suggests an initial investment of $ 214,975.48, with income of $ 76,378.48 during the first year of management. The breakeven point of the project will occur when the company has sold at least $ 39,546.92 and produced 380,189 gourmet bowls. A NPV of $ 418 370.81 and an internal rate of return of 18% were determined. The gourmet bowling project has a benefit-cost ratio of 2.28, determining a return of $ 1.40 for every dollar invested. Each of the financial indicators established the financial viability for the implementation of the gourmet bowling microenterprise in Chone city.
