Propuesta de un modelo de gestión de control interno para el GAD parroquial Ángel Pedro Giler del cantón Tosagua

This research was conducted in the GAD (Government Autonomous decentralized) Rural Parish, Angel Pedro Giler Tosagua Canton, in order to propose a model of Internal Control Management allows for the best performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in handling control programs and / or projects, which measure the performance of responsibilities, goals and objectives of the development plan, the proposed model is divided into five stages which have been named components, each of which maintains an order logical, within the components are: control environment, which has formalized the organic functional assessment of risks, within which were determined strategies to assess all the goals, activities in which control is performed formalize rulers or primary processes and support, in accordance with the functions of each level and the monitoring indicators and success within the fifth component methodology have been established to serve as a guide for the efficient control of projects same technical instrument consisting of monitoring, control and evaluation and finally proposed the introduction of a form used to accountability of projects and / or programs, therefore it is recommended that GAD implement Rural Parish this model to strengthen internal management accountability and effective and transparent.
