Riassunto:The objective of this research was to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Citizen Attention Unit of the Education District 13D06 Junín - Bolívar, in order to guarantee the quality of public service. To fulfill what was proposed, two instruments were used: the first collected information regarding the object of study and the second addressed issues such as efficiency, effectiveness, public services, improvement plan, education districts and more; each of them were investigated with reliable sources. In addition, certain investigative methods and techniques were applied, such as the survey, interview, and a comparative analysis of the reports and reports of the aforementioned unit. The results show that in the Citizen Attention Unit of the Education District 13D06 Junín Bolívar there are drawbacks such as the suppression of key processes, a high degree of nonconformity in some users, an inefficient data entry system, lack of organization in shifts, resolved procedures late. It is recommended to implement actions proposed in the improvement plan, to guarantee a quality service.
