Shrnutí: | The present study aimed to develop an overall marketing plan for the main Smoked Products of the ESPAM-MFL and design the proposal to solve the problem in the meat shop from the following institution. The work was developed in four stages, with the aim of finding new markets to expand production and marketing, methods and tools were applied for this type of research such as surveys, interviews and statistical graphs, the results of the market research reveal the preferences of consumers in the City of Calceta; additionally managers or owners from four stores were surveyed to find out the willingness in selling smoked products, plus advertising strategies were designed including: brand, packaging, flyers, label design, brochures, television and radio advertisements and promotions, structuring the distribution channels from the supply of raw materials to delivery points including the final consumer; ending the marketing plan was socialize to the meat workshop coordinator ESPAM-MFL, where it was concluded that the marketing plan is capable of strengthening sales and product positioning in the market. |
