總結:This research aims at assessing the impact that curriculum redesign has on the skills of graduates and nongraduates of the School of Public Administration at the ESPAM-MFL, for this goal, it was necessary to investigate and collect information such as educational model, curricula, list of non-graduate students and graduates within the environment of the school, consecutively it was analyzed and compared the changes in the major between 2010- 2015 and 2012- 2017, where it was noted that no changes were made within that time, by contrast, changes were made in the organization of the subjects of Communication and Leadership as well as Regional development; later, during the discussion with the administrative authorities and members of the commission to redesign, the opinion regarding the current curriculum, where most of them agreed that it is very important for its relevance to the professional demands of the main actors and sectors of the public sector, also through the implementation of the survey to the informants of quality it was stated that the skills acquired through academic training are satisfactory; however, it is essential that research studies must be conducted periodically, which will facilitate the requirements and current demands of the labor market; so it is necessary to encourage visits, seminars, workshops and search tools that strengthen the cognitive and technological notions of financial systems and public laws. Finally the results were socialized with the entire faculty and presidents of each course so that they are aware of it and proceed to evaluate and implement the respective correctives for the improvement.
