Summary:The research aimed to determine the feasibility study by the construction of a food court in the city of Sock. To carry out this study, we developed a methodological procedure set out in phases, stages and methods used in the same, through techniques and tools. The results of the feasibility study design allowed a food court with seating for 24 that aim to satisfy local demand of 280 people which is the physical capacity that can accommodate local, in a physical area of 8000 m2 and each local an area of 15 square meters. The construction of a food court in the city of Sock, allow improved food service offered, to incorporate the concept of community acquisition of a variety of dishes from a single location. This project will benefit the residents of this city and will increase job opportunities for residents of the sector. We also determined the financial viability by profitability indicators such as the IRR (internal rate of return) and van (net present value)
