Gaia:Higher Education is currently the only alternative for personal and professional improvement for all young Ecuadorians who wish to continue having a third-level degree in different universities at the national and international level. Under this perspective, the present research work aims to carry out a demand study for the Administrative Management and Political Science career at ESPAM MFL for its possible opening for the benefit of the main political-public actors in the north central area of Manabí. The methodology used was analytical-deductive, which was supported by documentary review, likewise, interviews were conducted with administrators of public institutions to obtain accurate and timely information. Then a survey was applied to high school students, giving as results that; 75% expressed that they do want to study, on the other hand, 91% found it very interesting that the opening institution for the creation of new careers, in addition, 69%, mentioned that their aspirations are very high regarding their university wisdom. At the end of the investigation, it was concluded that scientific information is the key to success to know truthfully about Administrative Management and Political Science.
