Protocolos co-synch+cidr modificados y sus efectos en el comportamiento reproductivo en vaquillas de aptitud lechera

The present work was carried out at Hacienda Valarezo, Tosagua canton, province of Manabí and consisted of application of the CO-SYNH + CIDR protocol of 5 and 6 days with and without equine chorionic; for this, the design was used completely randomly in 20 mestizo heifers weighing approximately 350 kilograms, between 24 and 36 months of age, during the dry season of the year. Tukey's test was able to report significant differences on the third treatment (CO-SYNH + 6-day CIDR protocol with equine chorionics) as the most effective at the time of pregnancy with 100% effectiveness. The application of treatments was made by treatment and a gain of $ 114.60 was obtained in the mentioned treatment, in treatment 1 and 2, a negative balance of $186.75 and $177.50 was obtained, respectively, because it was inseminated and no results were also obtained and T4 reported a loss of $111.50, so treatment 3 (Protocol CO-SYNH + CIDR of 6 days with equine chorionics) constitutes an alternative to improve the percentage of conception in heifers. The purpose of this degree work corresponds to the relevance of the national objective of Ecuador universities on the basis of promoting the link of public entities to the community, which involves generating contributions within the context of intellectual, economic and productive development of the country.
