Achoimre:The resolution of the research was to propose improvements to the teacher evaluation processes at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, in order to determine the shortcomings they present, interviews were conducted in order to obtain data on the teacher evaluation it is carried out in said area, for its representation, flowcharts were used where the inputs and outputs are presented detailed in the process sheets, which facilitated the recognition of each of the activities immersed in the subprocesses. A sample was established to quantify the number of observations through the chronometer, from which the times incurred in each activity were calculated, with their respective average, basic and type time; highlighting that the times incurred in the planning sub-process have variations subject to necessary supplements; while in the execution sub-process it presents more visible differences in the technological factor; as for the subprocess of results, its basic time is inferior both to its average time and to its time type. The present work took into account for the improvement raised aspects of the human and technological resource considering the incidence of times.
