总结:The objective of the research was to evaluate the impact of the public policies of the National Plan of Good Living 2013-2017, in the solidarity agro-productive organizations of the Manta and Jaramijó cantons, a goal that was pursued through the application of methodologies such as the analysis of the speech that allowed to understand the bases of the investigation in the theoretical political context, in addition to technical tools such as the evaluation questionnaire, whose foundation is based on the pre-elaborated questions of the survey of life conditions presented by the INEC; and statistical instruments such as the SPSS software application to process the data collected in the stratified samples of treatment and control of both cantons. In addition, the matrix of strategic policies and guidelines was drawn up, which allowed linking them to the evaluation material applied, in order to measure the degree of their effectiveness in the cooperatives and associations studied. Thus, as a result of the comparative analyzes and the analysis of the 34 selected policies, it is evident that there are 24 policies not complied with in Jaramijó and 23 in Manta, in addition to 10 policies implemented in Jaramijó and 11 in Manta. The entire study led to the conclusion that those agro producers in scenarios of associativity maintain better living conditions than those who are not pooled and who work alone in Manta and Jaramijó.
