Optimización de Procesos Productivos y Administrativos en los talleres de producción agroindustrial de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López

The objective of this research was to develop a manual with diagrams production processes and administrative that served as guide for technicians to develop their activities effectively and thus leading better control of your time and a good organization. For this research "Optimization of production processes and administrative in agroindustrial production workshops of the Agricultural Polytechnic School Manuel FeliX Lopez Manabi” located in the Polytechnic Campus Site "Lemon" Canton Bolivar relevant literature was reviewed as scientific support in developing the theoretical framework, methodological development and fulfillment of the objectives. Analysis was performed of the current situation, the same as were founded in implementing data collection techniques, such as interview with the director of the career of agro-industries and surveys each production technicians working in these workshops. As result of the application of these techniques were identified that there is a lack Documentation in the productive and administrative production workshops. Noting as necessary processes diagrams each operations of each workshop, were designed and built them being those of great help to the improvement of activities.
