Estudio comparativo del perfil profesional y demanda de empleo en graduados de la carrera de Administración Pública ESPAM MFL. Periodo 2015-2018-2019.

The purpose of the research was to carry out a comparative study of the professional profile and employment demand in graduates of the ESPAM MFL Public Administration Career, period 2015 - 2018 - 2019. Its objective was to categorize the factors of relevance of the professional profile to the demand of employment in graduates in this career. For this purpose, a methodology was developed with a comparative approach between the curricula 2015) not in force and (2018 - 2019) in force. The investigation allowed to show that there is a difference between the professional profiles related to the differences that exist between the curricula that are the object of the investigation. In this context, it is concluded that, within the factors of the relevance of the professional profile to the demand for employment in graduates of this career, it can be characterized based on the quality of the services provided, the modalities of provision of public services, the standardization of quality and user satisfaction, as well as providing a social approach, strengthening the interoperability of information from public services, as well as the fact that the percentage of graduates of the ESPAM MFL Public Administration Career who they are dedicated to other types of work activities, at the same time that there is a low percentage that is dedicated to entrepreneurship in this area.
