Zusammenfassung:This research led to the development of a marketing plan for small producers of broilers site "La Pastora" Tosagua-Canton, tailoring a marketing plan based on the needs of small farmers and helping to improve their economic situation. Were used for development, surveys, interviews, statistical graphs, among others, that led to the diagnosis of reality that is the small producer vs. the current market, where it is determined that the product does not have a fixed destination, it is favorable for wholesaler as this product is supplied by paying a low price for the same. For this reason developed a marketing plan that includes the same corporate marketing strategies such as SWOT analysis and strategic business the correct use of the marketing mix, with evident benefits these strategies are financially attractive in this type of business, constituting an alternative essential not only to achieve the socioeconomic development of the site, but through it possible to improve sales and have a target group for distribution of the product with a price commensurate with the quality offered to the final consumer. Also managed to check the profitability of the marketing plan, concluding that it is very important for small producers as they plan where production is directed, who will be your target market and take control of sales in order to obtain a good profit at the end of the cycle of production and marketing.
