Currently lacks the sufficient tourism plant to receive visitors, as the accommodation capacity is low in reference to the number of tourists coming to this destination. However, the influx of people according to surveys is good and potential. This paper aims to propose a technical study for the implementation of an Ecolodge & Spa in “Libertador Bolivar” commune to diversify the supply and supplement the tourism plant in the area. In developing the project was necessary to implement a joint research process, enabling us to determine the context in which it is working, the methodology used in the project, visitor profile and SWOT analysis. Following a technical study of the place where they will conduct the project, to develop services and activities such as lodging, spa, restaurant, entertainment for children, including carrying capacity, identification of environmental impacts. Finally, the strategy itself, as it will manage and market the project, the financial aspects in order to determine the level of profitability of the same, for in this way make a proposal strongly supported the creation of a new tourist product that combines rest, relaxation and participation in tourism activities, which would make him a nationally competitive lodging.
