La URSS necesita cambiar. Su sistema de informatización es obsoleto. Las relaciones con el Tercer Mundo no son buenas. Pero se ven nuevas iniciativas: No a los estereotipos ideológicos; no a la gigantomanía; si al pragmatismo.
