Vivir con miedo, morir en el terror. Chile, 1973-1990

Entre un 11 de Septiembre, New York, y otro, Santiago de Chile, aunque distintos, se producen actos cuyo terror causan profundas cicatrices sociales; surge el miedo, que parece no concluir, se reinauguran posiciones políticas. En el caso chileno, es el terror viene del Estado, de la dictadura.
