El primer capítulo presenta los antecedentes para llevar a cabo esta propuesta, así como la justificación del presente trabajo a través de un análisis de la problemática que se está presentando. En el segundo capítulo se ejecuta un estudio y análisis de los involucrados en el proyecto de investigación para poder detectar los posibles conflictos que podrían presentarse y así también identificar el interés que se obtiene del tema planteado. En el tercer capítulo se lleva a cabo un análisis de las causas que generaron los problemas actuales percibidos en la empresa así como de los efectos. En el cuarto capítulo se considera y analiza cada uno de los objetivos planteados, el impacto general y ambiental que tendría cada uno de ellos, además de la importancia que tienen y como se van a sostener a través del tiempo. En el quinto capítulo se desarrolla la propuesta para solucionar el problema actual de la empresa que es el desfavorable clima laboral. En el sexto capítulo se detalla el presupuesto necesario para llevar acabo la propuesta, y el cronograma donde se da a conocer el tiempo que duró la realización del proyecto.
