Mediante la creación de un Centro de Estudios y Nivelación Académica, ubicado en el sector de San Bartolo en el sur del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito se brindará la solución a un problema de creciente importancia para los estudiantes de niveles secundarios y bachilleres con la posibilidad de acceder a servicios de nivelación académica que incrementen las oportunidades de éxito cuando se trata de acceder a educación de nivel superior Se efectuó un Análisis de factores internos como la filosofía empresarial que permitió establecer el alcance del proyecto y factores externos de la empresa como económicos, legales, sociales y la forma en la que éstos influyen, así como también la determinación de aspectos de gran relevancia como proveedores, clientes y competencia establecida en el mercado, es decir empresas que ofertan el mismo tipo de servicios.
