Las competencias que se pretende desarrollar en el personal brindan una gran ventaja competitiva a la empresa, considerando que nuestros trabajadores son una fuente de talento e innovación único, lo cual genera un valor agregado a nuestra empresa, convirtiéndola en un sistema de trabajo en equipo altamente coordinado y eficiente. El objetivo del presente proyecto es formar trabajadores competitivos, motivados y eficientes, comprometidos con su trabajo, enfocados el éxito de la empresa.
