description The dialogic turn, characteristic of today's complex society, is changing the way how we work in the socio-educational field with people at risk of social exclusion. This change has extended to its research. Latin American immigrant population in Europe, especially women and children, is part of this group. From this principle, the study analyzes the communicative processes of Latin American families in educational areas, reaching six categories of analysis and distinguishing whether these interactions generate exclusionary or transformative dynamics. Thirty people from six countries in Latin America participated. It begins from a qualitative-critical communicative methodology, as a way of optimizing options to overcome the inequalities produced by the western neoliberal thought about decolonialism

Este cambio se ha extendido a su investigación. La población inmigrante latinoamericana en Europa, sobre todo mujeres, niños y niñas constituye parte de este colectivo. Desde esta premisa, el estudio analiza los procesos comunicativos de las familias latinoamericanas en espacios educativos, alcanzando seis categorías de análisis y distinguiendo si esas interacciones generan dinámicas excluyentes o transformadoras. Participaron treinta personas procedentes de seis países de Latinoamérica. Se parte de una metodología comunicativa crítica de corte cualitativo como vía para optimizar opciones que permitan superar las desigualdades producidas por el pensamiento neoliberal frente al decolonialismo. O giro dialógico, característico da atual sociedade complexa, está transformando a maneira de se trabalhar no âmbito educativo com pessoas em risco de exclusão social. Essa transformação tem se extendido à sua investigação. A população imigrante latinoamericana na Europa, sobretudo mulheres e crianças formam parte deste coletivo. Partindo dessa premissa, o artigo analisa os processos comunicativos das famílias latinoamericanas em espaços educativos. Utilizando seis categorias de análise se busca compreender se tais interações geram dinâmicas excludentes ou transformadoras. Participaram da pesquisa trinta pessoas de seis países da América Latina.
